I been trying to figure this out, there is a solution to every problem, it just I don't know it yet, that's why I am asking, but yes Travis you are right, my best option is VA, as for start, that would put me in 2 rental property for about 2+ years already,

I appreciate your help Malcolm I am more interested in commercial than a va I can get va in heart beat I would have done that already I have enough connection on residential side to make anything happen

and you are all correct, that's why I am trying to figure out the financing first before I start searching, I need to know I would be able to do something like that or not, don't want to go to a commercial broker empty handed , at least have a plan to work on, however hard it is.

I am looking for a professional who can help me understand how to buy my first investment property, I am looking to have a multiunit 5+ commercial, financing is my problem, what would someone advise me to do? This is my first time using this form, I live in Maryland, and I am active duty military.
