Just have a website to take bookings from past guests. If your place is up to scratch people will return. Collect all the data from guests staying through the OTAs using Emailcollect then remarket to them. Over time you’ll move your direct bookings up to about 60% which is about as high as you want to go because you still need those OTA guests coming through to refresh your direct marketing list.

I would add emailcollect to your must have tools
They seem like a viable option to StayFi but without the hardware complications.
