Are they legit? Anyone ever work with them?

Yeah, they're totally legit! I actually joined forces with them a few months back and invested in one of their projects. They handled the whole renovation and managed to sell the property in just 40 days. The best part? I received my full payment without any complications. They're the real deal!

Little suspect that you just joined yesterday…

Newbie here. Trying to figure out where to get my first LTR. I have been searching the internet and there are Soo many different answers. Looking for as much cash flow as possible, low crime area landlord friendly state. I have also been searching the BP forums but obviously everyone is biased depending on what state they work. I appreciate any help.

Michael, that's fantastic!

I would absolutely recommend diversifying your risk and doing a couple of properties instead of investing all your cash into one. Also, what is your strategy? Are you looking to do flips or rentals? Either way, you will be sitting in a better spot by having a couple properties than being all invested into one.

Rentals

outside local market. I am in NJ
