Hello all I am 38 just bought my first single family home where I currently live in Milford, CT. I became a BP Pro member last month and have been learning about the Brrrr strategy. I am looking for any recommendations for private $, different loan options available to start investing from SFR all the way up to a 4plex. Its hard saving up $ with a family of 4 and a limited income and paying all the bills but I won't let that stop me from doing it. Any help and advice to guide me to the right people will be greatly appreciated. We all have to start somewhere. Just think of how you started and what got you there. We can all get a piece of the pie. I ultimately want to help people in the future because I believe the more you help the better this world will be. Thanks all.

Just got off a call with Richard and had a nice conversation with amplify, but after reading everyone's experiences im having doubts of even entertaining them as an option. Good to hear others reviews.

How do you set this up?

In my opinion this research and data is worth the read if someone is interested in investing in that market. They will take the time to read it. What will be very helpful is a video of you or someone just outlining the main points and explaing the pros and cons. Videos are golden and will help out tremendously.
