I still have a lot to learn but I have learned the best thing to do in wholesaling is to just start. But is it as simple as putting an offer on a home, getting the papers then selling the papers over to a cash buyer? How can I be productive day to day and work towards this I’d like to build a small network before I begin and advice?

What can I do as an 18 year old to find my first deal? I’d like to do wholesaling but I am completely unaware how to start. I’ve seen all the videos about how people start and get their first deal but they all seem to have this step missing where to find deals and also wouldn’t be too sure what to do once I’ve made the deal like with paper work and all that. Does any one care to share what they know? Help a young man start his real estate investing career!? All info helps thanks!
