Thank you Daniel for the support..That is the thing im working on now just getting out there and talking to agents to see what my best options are im trying to find a good team to start with...I have been finding a lot about the FHA loans...thanks again for all your help..

Hello Bigger Pockets Friends..My name is Mike and I am from the central Jersey area and am a first time buyer looking to house hack to start.. I am just starting my journey into real estate and could use some information on some loan programs that might work for me.. Low down payment options are preferred..Thanks hope everyone is staying safe and healthy..
