Yes.  Security Tokens can also be issued Reg CF and also Reg A.  For non-US investors it would be Reg S.

You can issue your 506(b) or 506(c) syndication as a Security Token Offering and give investors a solid real estate  investment alternative to a "shitcoin" where they get much of the same tradability, ease of use, liquidity  characteristics as crypto.  Security Tokens are issued to a blockchain and after a 1 year lock-up period can trade to accredited or non-accredited investors.

Hi @Patrick McGuffey Again, I am not making judgements on investment potential. We are evaluating blockchain network performance for issuing assets. Long term investment potential plays some factor in the results but the main issues are network adoption, security (Cardano has centralization issues), transaction costs and transaction speeds.

The founder of Cardano, Charles Hoskinson left Ethereum after a dispute with Vitalik Buterin. Hoskinson is also trying to revive Ethereum Classic which says to me he is hedging his bets on Cardano.

We try to separate crypto as an investment to get to an analysis of true network usability.

Hello @Brittany Bolling   and Bret,    Cardano is an Ethereum knockoff with not a lot of assets on chain.

We are finishing a review of the top public blockchains including Algorand; Avalanche; Cardano; EOS; Ethereum; Hedera; Polkadot; Solana; Stellar; and Tezos using 23 core metrics.  The top chain in our research right now for financial assets is Algorand.  They are one of a select group of chains that carries USDC and have the speed, scalability and importantly lower transaction costs for trading financial assets.

I can connect you with some people at Algorand or Tezos if you would like more information.

This is not investment advice for crypto investing.  This is research and analysis for issuing real estate assets to a public blockchain

@Andres Vanegas have you looked into depositing some of your crypto with BlockFi or similar service and then borrowing against it?  That way you would not need to sell and take a gain and you would still have your crypto as it increases in value.

Hi @Chris Martin another saying goes "bad money chases out good" and we are in an asset bubble created by FED money printing.  Inflation is already here and has been since 2020.  In addition to buying real estate and borrowing as much cheap debt as possible I am holding allocations gold, silver and select cryptos.

Holding dollars is a risk.  I carry a Million Dollar Zimbabwe note in my wallet to remind me that fiat currency is a belief system tied to nothing of tangible value.

The fundamental thesis of Bitcoin is that it is supply constrained and deflationary.  Corporations like MicroStrategy, Tesla and Rick Caruso of Caruso Holdings are holding Bitcoin in their treasury.  The SEC will approve a crypto ETF by year end.  Mass Mutual and Fidelity hold Bitcoin.  You can buy crypto with PayPal.

With mass adoption by institutional investors this year Bitcoin and Ethereum look to continue on an upward trend.  This is not investment advice but an opinion based on economic observations.

Thank you @Brian Eastman! I think it is more of a technology issue in that the securitization platforms doing the Smart Contracts need a custodian.  But this is a very good start.  I appreciate your knowledge on this topic.

Does anyone know of a Self Directed IRA firm that works with Security Tokens? Right now there seems to be a gap in that you can hold real estate and other alternative assets. The crypto IRA firms have plugins for crypto trading but none for SEC compliant Security Token Offerings. Our technology platform services provider has to do them manually and we are looking for a solution.
