Just landed my first multi-family in a new area that is rented by a non-profit LLC. The owner of the LLC wants to stay long term. I'm considering using RentRedi or PayRent website to track finances and report to the credit unions the tenants payment history. I also intend to purchase other real estate in the same area… Open to suggestions either way.

Thanks!

@Chris Mason Thanks soo much for the feedback! I am new to the use of private lenders. I thought this sounded too good to be true... That’s why I look to this site with the pro’s that do this all the time! Thanks again for the solid feedback!

I'm looking to do my first refinance on a property that I've owned for about 15 years to start the BRRRR process. The property is rented at $1,450 per month and valued at 224k. This site claims to loan 80% LTV. The property was just renovated and in excellent condition. Any advice would be awesome...
