Thank you @Mark Aqua for asking this. I'm in this same boat with similar numbers on cashback and interest rates. To piggy back on this, I'm trying to pull money out on a refi to have the money ready for my next purchase, which is not planned yet, without tapping into my reserves. Listening to the community for your advice, and thank y'all.

Anyone have strong recommendations for a roofer in Marion, OH. This will be a shingle roof on a 5 plex. Roof itself may also need repair/replacement. Thank you!

Hey BP team! I am under contract for a duplex in Smithfield, NC, with the hopes of having somewhere for my mom to live (I grew up in the area). Does anyone have any strong recommendations for a contractor, handyman, plumber, and property manager? I will more than likely need all plumbing redone and there are some odds and ends that need to be fixed. I have an inspection report already, and have had a few plumbing inspection reports/quotes. Thank you.
