Chris,

My potential strategy is to look through final reports, as you eluded. I'm certainly not opposed to sharing knowledge, but I am still trying to wrap my head around it myself. I'd just like to know if there are certain judicial foreclosure states that are better than others, that's all. Thanks guys.

Chris,

The goal of this strategy is to reunite government-held unclaimed funds that have accumulated after a foreclosure auction with the rightful owner of those funds for a fee.

Which states/counties have the most favorable business and regulatory conditions for pursuing a mortgage foreclosure surplus strategy? Thank you!
