Hi! My name is Michael and I own some student housing near a local college. We love to take care of the students that live in our apartments the best we can with amenities! We have a local roadside assistance company here that charges only $15 a month for hassle free roadside help here at the apartments and around our valley for our student tenants  that may be new to car troubles and away from home! We would like to offer our tenants this cool amenity. My question is, What is the best way to apply it? Should it be an add on, should we automatically apply it into their rent because we would already offer it as an amenity etc? Let me know what you think!
