Survey your tenants. I think you'll find fewer than 10% care about this service. Those who want it may already have it through their insurance carrier. I think you'll tick off a lot of renters that don't want it. Is it really worth the extra $250 a month?

Yeah I get where your coming from, I think we would wave the $5 on our end to make it 12.99 for the tenants.

We have a 50 unit apartment complex and a local Subscription based Roadside Assistance company wants to partner with us to provide our tenants with unlimited priority roadside assistance services. We already see 2-4 tow trucks and services trucks in our apartment complex every week so we definitely can see the value there for our tenants! The service would cost $17.99 per/month per/tenant and they would give us a $5 kick back from each subscription that we would add onto their monthly rent. We don’t want to nickel and dime our tenants, but we see the value and it brings in a little bit of extra income. I wanted to see what other owners think or if they offer services like this to their tenants and how they set them up?

If I were a tenant, it wouldn't come to mind that I might need a tow service. So if I got up charged for something I don't think I would use on the daily, it would be a hard pass. Especially if the competition has less fees.

 Thanks for your feedback

Sounds like a headache. I’d just raise rent by $5 per month lol

At the end of the day it wouldn’t be about the $5, it’s the value it brings to the tenant. we may even wave the $5 so it would only be $12.99 a month

Hey!

My partners and I have a property that would cash flow right when we buy it and of course there is potential to possibly almost double monthly rents. Sell price is 2 million so we would be putting 500k down. This property meets all the requirements our bank told us it needs to meet, but they are only willing to finance 600-700 thousand. It is the first time we are using this bank so I’m not sure if that’s the reason?

What advice do you have? Is this normal? Any ideas on creative financing?

Hi!

I am looking to connect with wholesalers in the Treasure Valley. We are looking to get some small multi-family deals preferably off market. I’d love to meet up for some coffee!

Hi!

I wanted to see if there are any specific software or websites to help aid with finding the Market Demand for different investment types?

Thanks for the help!

Hey everyone!

I am torn on which investment I should pull the trigger on! Does anyone have any experiences with nursing homes or gas stations? I know they all have there pros and cons so please let me know what you would go for.

Thanks

Hi!

I’m looking to see if there are any investors in the Treasure Valley that wouldn’t mind meeting with me sometime?! I’m 21 and currently own a towing company. My wife and I want to network and get some advice from investors that are seasoned or have experience.

Thanks!
