@Dan Sheeks Thank you for your response. I looked immediately for your article and I read it and agree with all of it, but had a small/big question and it was what W-2 job do you think I should get into that will help me keep on the path of real estate? Thank you again.

Hello, I’m a senior in high school who needs to decide what to do about my future because I want to get involved in real estate investing but I have no funds, no experience, no mentor, but hours of YouTube and the BP podcast. My parents are telling me I need college to get a job to support it, so is their a certain college major that will help me with this ? Any advice that you would tell your younger self at 17 will help as well thank you.
