Dallas deal needs funding - If your an investor looking to make 25% return on your investment in 6 months we have a Dallas property near White Rock Lake and walking distance of the Dallas Arboretum. The home is 1288 sf now. We will completely rehab existing structure and add 995 sf bringing the home up to 2283 total sf. Homes in Little Forest Hills average over $220 per SF. Here are the numbers:

Austin TX - ARV $1.5M - Property is on 1/2 acre hillside in the exclusive WESTLAKE HIGHLANDS ! All the plans and design work are under way for a sustainable "GREEN" rehab/upgrade -Complete with Solar, Water reclamation, Windows, HVAC and a pool. 3 Levels of decks will be rebuilt from steel with spiral staircases. A total of 1500 SF will be added to the home. This is a 8-9 month project. Most of the design, measurements and estimates have been completed so this project is ready to take off right after closing on 3/21/16. It should be completed and on the market well inside the timeline included in the budget. Here are the numbers:
