Post: Do you Invest in the West End?

For all my Louisville folks out there... DO YOU INVEST IN THE WEST END? With all the new development projects going on out there and the recent TIF zone implementation last year, I'm a little tempted to snag one of the deals out there. That TIF funding helped bring about the YUM center, the OMNI, and the river front developments which had huge implementations for real estate and the city. Warren Buffet always said, "Be greedy when others are fearful" but in this instance I'm not sure if the west end is still a little too rough. A few years ago I wouldn't of dared dream of investing out there. Too much crime and low quality tenants. However, feels like the winds may be changing though. What are your thoughts?
