Hey friends... my son and his wife are moving to Lexington, KY area in June. He'll be a Doctor of Physical Therapy and she's going to UK for her Masters and possibly Doctorate in Social Work.  They've been married 1 year and aren't convinced they want to buy.  

If anyone has a good house in a great area and wants some solid tenants, let me know and I'll connect you.

Hey new friends.  I'm brand new to BP and the real estate investing world.  I run a growing book publishing business and want to use our profits to invest in real estate. Searching for properties, negotiating, buying, rehab, renting, and managing are NOT in my sweet spot.  I'm considering Turnkey and perhaps Syndication. 

Does anyone have experience, counsel, or warnings that could help as I investigate my options?
