I always here the term of OPM and how people use this to have none of their money in a real estate deal, I just never hear anyone explain it or how it can be done. Are their any good books or mentors that can help me understand how to use this strategy and implement the idea of using other people’s money?

@Tchaka Owen @Tim Bradley @Tyler Gibson

Thank you all for your input, I’m still really new to real estate investing and still learning. I am looking for a rental with positive cash flow. Just trying to get some skin in the game!

@Tim Bradley that would be great! I would really appreciate if you did send me his contact information. Thank you so much!

I’ve been wanting to buy a rental property to start building a real estate portfolio but it seems like in my area that the real estate market prices are so high that I won’t be able to make enough cash flow? Anyone have any thoughts on this?

@Josue Vargas @clifford I agree, my presentation of my offer wasn’t the best. I’m still new and trying to figure it out. You have to make mistakes to learn and now I know. So thank you!

@Josue Vargas no I figured he wouldn’t go to low. He wouldn’t give me a number he wanted so I just gave my offer.
