Hi Alberto, the Morgantown Real Estate Investors group on Facebook will have one in the next couple months probably. We just had one the first week of August so we'll probably have another around the middle of October or so. 

Hi Breanna, like Timothy said good screening and contact property managers if they're available in the area. But, on another note, keep in mind that there'll be good people who people want or have to live in that area. Just be very very selective. As long as you do this, you can probably still get good renters, who provide good cash flow. Clarksburg is like this. That being said there's still worse areas of shady areas. Stay away from them. There's places in Huntington you couldn't give me a house.

Hi Eliana. I'm from WV. I would look in fayetteville and oak hill if you're looking for New River gorge. Thomas and Davis if you're looking for skiing. If your just looking for a random pretty place that people might want to str, you can pick just about anywhere in the mountains. If you want that I'd buy in Tucker, Greenbrier, Pocahontas,Randolph or maybe Pendleton. It really kind of depends on what you're looking for.

Hey Mike, good to see you on here. We finally had one about 2 weeks ago. It was small but nice. We talked real estate and had lunch, for about an hour and a half.We're planning another one in April. I expect it to have a lot more people. As our group has doubled. If you're on Facebook, join our group Morgantown Real Estate Investors. We have beginners all the way through advanced investors like yourself. If you don't have Facebook, I'll post the next meet up here also. If you want to have a meet up of your own. Do it. The more activity and networking going on the better.
