For the wholesalers of bigger pockets. How did you go about getting a sufficient contract that can help me get started? What are some of the essential elements the contract needs? and lastly where is a good place to get a sufficient contract?

I am curious if anyone in the Los Angeles area has successfully implemented Nick Sidoti's program. I am interested in the special needs housing he has implemented. I just want to see if any of you have had success and can confirm that it works in my area. Any posts would be helpful!
