What is it: A real estate meetup group

When is it: Tuesday, January 19th, 2021 at 7:00pm-9pm

Where is it: Embassy Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs, Located in Congress Plaza

Who will be there: The goal of this networking event is to bring together real estate professionals and investors

How will the meetup be structured: We will kick off the meetup with a brief real estate presentation given by @Joshua Powell. After 15 or so minutes of presentations, we will then break up into smaller groups to discuss real estate and network. Suggestions on the meetup structure are greatly appreciated. Also, reach out should you want to present at an upcoming event or you have a current deal you would like to show case.

January's meetup will take place in the “Skidmore Room” at Embassy Suites. The Skidmore room is a private room attached to the bar area. If you need help finding the Skidmore Room, the host will be happy to point you in the right direction.

*COVID-19 Update* The hotel has set up a section for us at the bar/restaurant where social distancing practices will be kept within our own group.

Sounds like you're over thinking it. Why would you draft additional documentation if they are both jointly and severally liable? Hold them to the lease and have them figure it out.

The only reason I'd change the existing lease is if the tenant staying has another person moving-in in place of the outgoing tenant or if they take the second option.
