Thanks @Chris Ebert! I was looking for information from passive investors in the fund, to see if distribution payments are sometimes not made on time or not in the full amounts, or if they have had problems contacting the company, etc. Some other funds I have seen on here I was considering investing in have had those complaints made against them.

The questions I would ask you is if there have been any problems with people not being able to pay their rent recently and what is occupancy rate is.
