I'll take this opportunity to let you know how much I loved your interview in podcast #8. I've already taken the principles that you discussed in that podcast and applied it into the property management I'm doing now. I can't even begin to tell you how much it's helped me in opening my eyes to the various ways that I can increase income and cut expenses.

Now I'll be much more prepared once I start overseeing my own properties and growing my own portfolio. Thank you for this!

Hello everyone! My name is Michael Beck. I'm 22 years old and eager to start my investing career. I'm from Sacramento, California and currently residing in San Diego. Currently I am working for a very successful investor here in San Diego and want to learn everything I can. I'm interested in flipping and getting into buying and holding large multi-family properties. I appreciate any advice that experienced investors would be willing to offer me. Thanks!
