Thank you Jason and Mark!  I really appreciate the feedback and quick response. Very excited to get into Birmingham. As a first timer I am trying to do everything I can to avoid pitfalls and make it a smaller learning curve. Thanks again!

Post: Birmingham - First Time Buyer - Independent Inspection?

I am currently making my first Turnkey property purchase.  Based on some horror stories I have read, I believe I should get an independent inspection.  I feel confident with the turnkey provider, Spartan Invest, but I don't want to cut corners.  Does anyone know of a good inspection company in Birmingham, Alabama?
