Hi! Has anyone has any success using a turnkey STR property management company in the Orlando area? I am based in Montreal, Quebec but am looking into investing in the US. Ideally we would purchase a property through the company and have it completely managed by them afterward. We are open to any suggestions either way. Thanks!

I'm really not familiar at all with a poured concrete and stone foundation. I've heard of it in situations where the existing stone foundation was failing, but I don't have enough knowledge about it. A home inspector may be able to help though.

Hey Russell! Those types of features are very common in Quebec. You are much better off with a poured concrete foundation, and electric heat should usually have no issues if the wiring is well done. Vinyl is usually relatively low maintenance, the only inconvenience could sometimes be noise when the material expands and contacts, or if the building is in a high wind area.
