@John Mathewson Thank you for the advice John! I am currently enrolled in 2 Real Estate courses in college, one of which I know will count towards the courses required for the license. I will make sure to get my license. I think the school I go to offers enough units to satisfy the education requirement, and from there I would just need to pass the test!

Hi,

My name is Michael and I have decided that I want to become a Real Estate Investor. I am a 23 year old former Marine Sgt, honorably discharged. I have been taking college classes for 2 semesters and intend on going to USC/UCLA to attain a Bachelors degree by 2018-2019. However, I am extremely interested in the real estate business, and want hands on experience while I go to school. I'm a highly motivated, responsible, and self reliant person. I just need to know where to get started! Any advice will be appreciated!
