Is it a good idea to hold multiple properties under the same LLC?

@Gary Siver ok, thanks again for the info. Those types of homes are not common in this area so I wanted some more info. Would foundation issues be no different than any other foundation as well?

@Gary Siver thank you! We have been on the fence about it. So basically as long as we don’t do any additions to the home we should be fine?

This would be me and my business partners first flip, we got the home for a great price, however, it’s cinder block construction which we know nothing about. We did some research and it seems as though things could get difficult. Any suggestions in what to direction to go with this?

@David M. it was supposed to be “project manager” not “property manager”

@David M. this definitely helps! Thank you! I’m new to it all. Currently working on my first project.

@Sean Morrison I didn’t get this notification. Thank you for the info!

@David M. I want to do a full renovation and wanted a construction property manager to walk through the property with me and let me know of any major work that needs to be done. Of course, there would possibly be more issues once walls are open and such, but someone with a great eye and experience that can feel for certain things such as foundation issues.

Should I hire a project manager to assess my new project or just wait for inspection?
