Michael

Do you know the St Pete/Tampa areas pretty well?  Been searching for a partner in that neck of the woods.  Found quite a few decent deals (on paper) but hard to judge when I'm in Maryland!

Any areas you would recommend down there?  Polk, Pinellas, Lake counties?

Zach

I have an agent and have been looking at Harrisburg and surrounding counties for some time.

Just got my RE License here in MD so I've been busy. Send me a message I have a property or two I may submit an offer on. Possibly looking for a JV Split

Thanks

Post: Forming an LLC out of state, living in California

Hello

I see a lot of people are seeking advice for Buy and Hold and Rentals... I am forming my LLC in my home state of MD, but doing projects out of state (FL, PA etc)

Is there any downside to this? Should I form a separate LLC for each property?

These are strictly flips.. we rehab and sell within 3-6 mos. (in a perfect world!)

Thanks for any feedback and advice

Thank You Fulton for the insight.

The LLC is formed in MD. Most of my work will be done in PA

How will this affect me? Should I form a separate LLC for each property in whatever state it's in?

Hello -

I am getting ready to form my LLC - We have a few projects coming up in Florida.

Not sure if it's better to form in MD or FL, if that's where alot of our properties will be

Should I form 2 separate LLC's or does this not make a difference ?

Strictly buying and selling renovated properties.  Also, taxes are cheaper in Florida than MD !

Any help is greatly appreciated!

TY

Mike
