Me and my partner would like to get a fix and flip loan under a LLc .

I have a condo i paid $72500 cash , fixed up and it’s worth $135000. I’m looking to get another flip and keep living or rent the condo . What’s the best option ?

I would like to trade a 2/2 fully remodeled condo with water front in cape coral fl , for a house that needs work done .

@Tim Johnson My ideia is get some cash to buy my next deal . I do all the work as i’m a remodeler so i need cash for the purchase of the house and for material the rest i can do .

I put $18k whole remodeling . I’m living it now , It worth $120-129k . I was wondering if the best option would cash out finance it and go to another deal and keep the condo as a rental or live in it paying the mortgage . Or Sell it . What’s the best option ? Would i be able to get financed since i just bought it ?

I’ve been thinking on refinance too , but as i don’t have ssn yet my possibilities are short . This house was owner financing .

I have a house i bought for 100k i still owe 85k , i did a lot of stuff in my house as i’m a remodeler , the house worth 155k now.

And i have 20k cash i’ve saved .

Should i sell the house ? refinance ? What’s my best option now ? I would like to sell the house and get what is left to buy another cash , and get out of monthly payments .
