Your bonuses can all be found via the QR code on the book's last page. You'll also see a password on that webpage which you'll use to access the bonus materials.

Both iOS and Android apps were removed for now. We don't have an exact timeframe for the release of the app. 

For the meantime, please go to the site using a mobile browser on your phone.
