I have around $100K to invest in rental properties. I am trying to figure out the best strategy to put myself in a good position to make this my full-time job. Is it better to start off with just one SFH and learn? Should I buy two properties and just put down 20%? I am buying through an LLC. I will be financing through a commercial lender. What are your thoughts?
