I am considering selling a house on contract for Deed but the wife is hesitant because she thinks the tenants will trash the place.  My thought is the tenant will be more inclined to take care of the house because they plan to own it eventually.  Does anyone have experience with this?

Who cares for the house better, regular renter or a contract for deed tenant?

Thanks!
