Would be curious if anyone made the switch to Buildium and how it is going? I am having the same connection issues with Stessa and they haven't been able to get it fixed.

I’d be interested to know why you chose Tulsa? Been thinking about that market myself.

@Eli Berry and his dad have been in the real estate business as long as anyone around here so I would listen to anything he has to say. Jimmy Nicholas or Cole Ream at Nicholas Commercial is who I would recommend getting in contact with  for your commercial real estate needs. I do some work at the abstract office in Enid so let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

What specific metrics are you looking for in a property? Are you set on a certain market in Oklahoma?
