I’d say they’re worth a shot, an investment that could pay off big. Their services from A to Z, automate everything like nothing else I've seen. I did my homework and checked out a few VA agencies, but FILAM stood out. Closing my first deal with them in 2 weeks escrow and will pull a $12k assignment fee. Not too shabby for a property we handled in just over a month.

I looked into several companies before and found FILAM as one of the options. I began using their VA and skip-traced lists service last month, and after just two weeks of dialing, we've seen promising results. We currently have a contract assignment with the title company, and it's set to close soon.
