I'm a newbie who closed on first investment property today.  During the settlement, the former owner said that he was unable to remove everything out of the property. He listed off bulky items like a hospital bed, couch, etc. which was not removed.  This leaves me with an unexpected burden/expense.  Should I have insisted that they remove the items?  Any advice about how to handle this in the future? Can you recommend a junk removal company? Thank you.
