Hey @Brenda Yeo - Do you mind sharing the one that is willing to do MLS-only? Also, what is their monthly fee? I haven't had any luck on my side...

Thanks @Mark Pedroza - I am actually currently with these guys and they are merging with another company which will no longer allow the MLS-only membership.

Hi - I used to be a part of REeBroker Group which had MLS-only membership. However, they are merging with another company next month which does NOT have MLS-only memberships. I am a licensed CA real estate agent and need MLS access only to look for my own deals. Does anyone know of any real estate brokers in California that offers the MLS-only membership as I don't want to pay all the extra fees to be a part of CAR/NAR. Thanks in advance!

We did get the tenant estoppel but it didn't list anything. Our information was from a neighbor and we are currently trying to verify it. Do the sellers not have to disclose if the tenants had not paid rent in the past?

Hi!

We purchased a duplex and after we closed, we spoke with some neighbors and found out that one of the tenants hadn't paid rent for a few months during their tenancy. We are currently verifying if what we heard from the neighbor is accurate information. If this is the case, what recourse do we have since it was not included in any disclosures during escrow. 

Also, does anyone know of an attorney in Sacramento that deals with landlord/tenant issues?
