The land I am interested in is undeveloped. I was looking to resell the land once I obtained it. I am also looking into purchasing developed properties but I wanted to look into this as well.

I am new to Real Estate Investing. I went to my County Tax Claims Office and picked up a Repository Properties Listing. I investigated the properties and would like to bid on some. My question is: How do I figure out a proper bid to make?

For example, I am interested in a property that is close to 2 acres. There is no vacant ground sales to compare but a building lot of that size in that Township is approx $150,000.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.
