Hi all! Looking to get into my first rehab in the New Haven Connecticut area and I'm looking for contractor recommendations! Any help would be appreciated, looking to install Windows, perhaps a new roof, adding and removing walls, etc. Thanks! Mike

Hi Carrie, just curious are you buying the property in your name first and then transferring it to an LLC after the closing ?
