Are people buying in Detroit? I'm wondering the state of the market in some areas, particularly 7 Mile and Ryan. I feel like most people are against buying in Detroit, but I've heard arguments for both sides.

Has anyone used bandit signs in Oakland County michigan? I'm wondering what the laws are regarding bandit signs here. I've found the ordinances for oakland county, but I can't decipher the legality of the situation. What's your experience with bandit signs in Oakland county?

I am meeting a home owner for the first time (wholesaling). I am very excited, but there are still some questions i have. Do I (the buyer/Wholesaler) bring a purchase agreement to my walkthrough, or does the seller provide that contract? If so, do I need to get a special carbon copy-style contract, or just a single paper that i can photocopy after it's been signed? I plan on having them professionally printed for me.

This is the first I am hearing of (correct me if I'm understanding this wrong) getting a property under contract with an llc, then selling the llc and all of its assets  (in this case the property) to the buyer of said property. Does anyone have any resources or sites that can tell me more about this strategy?

Hi all! Everyone here is such a great help. Does anyone have any assignment contract resources that I might be able to use for a starting point for my own? I have found a few, but I can't get any clarification on exactly what is required for these contracts in Michigan. Seeing a contract that is in use will help me to feel confident upon moving forward. It is understood that any contract should (and will be) looked over by a Lawyer as to avoid any legal ramifications.
