I am very intrigued and very passionate about real estate, I have been an agent in Colorado for 4 years now and I love the agent side of the business but my ultimate goal is to start having my own investments and my own fix n flips. I am just lost on where to start or where I can find those "good" hidden deals. I started listening to the Podcast but only on #4 at the moment. I'm seeing if there is anyone in here that is willing to mentor me and help me get on my feet and get my first few deals :)
