Hello Folks,

Not new to flipping homes, (use to do a few in the Seattle/Tacoma, WA area) but new to doing it in the Sacramento area... I'm from and currently live in Reno, NV, but the market is overpriced and not a lot out there to do much to...

Anyone have any experience and kind of point me in the right direction in Sacramento, CA area?

- Looking for good realtors that really specialize in finding good ARV's (works the wholesale scene too)

- Looking for good hardmoney lenders for NEW Flippers (I have not done any flips in the past 24 months)

- Things to know or to avoid

- Possible reliable contractors that know how to stretch a dollar.

I'm getting started to do some part-time fix/flip in the Greater Reno Area... I'm trying to sort out all/any permits, licenses etc. needed as well as a hard money. Let me know if anyone can assist with any info.  Much Appreciated.
