Hi everyone,

I took the plunge today getting my feet wet again in purchasing multifamily. I haven't bought a building in a long time since my divorce. So with a new LLC formed yesterday, I made an offer today. By the way this building needs a whole lot of love. It is definitely a D building or maybe an F to most. However, I like the section 8 rentals as I feel I can get the best rate of return in the areas I invest. . Comps after repair are $215K plus. Total investment is less than a 140K.
