NYC Apartment Leased
Kitchen, Bathroom, Hallway VENTS?

Is it legal for a landlord to cover up all vents?  There are no windows in these specific locations.

I believe tenants were accused of smoking in apartment causing a nuisance for neighbors so the landlord went ahead and covered all vents.

Thank you

Hey John Leavelle , I’m still in the education phase of REI so pardon the question. On your “BUY” part of the description you only listed cash or hard money as the kind of purchase option available...is that because a conventional loan isn’t possible when considering BRRR strategy ? Thank You
