Thanks gentlemen and your replies were in line with other posts I read as to not wait, and not only that but I was informed oftentimes it's harder to get a loan through a LLC

It's been about a week since I applied for my LLC and not sure how long the process may take. I want to get the ball rolling towards flipping my first property but not sure if I should wait or put it in my name. I don't have a deal yet but wanted to know would there be major tax differences? Please advise!
