Hi! Two questions: so I'm wondering how do you get pictures of a property virtually if you are not near the property to get pictures for the end cash buyer?

Also can I ask the end cash buyer to have their own contractor do the walk through with them? Instead of me bringing on a separate contractor. Thanks so much

Hi! When virtually wholesaling how do you send earnest money deposit (EMD)? Can you wire it or is there a way to send a check virtually to the title company as supposed to via mail? Thanks so much .

Hi! Does the title company or attorney office have to be with in distance to the buyer and seller so the buyer and seller can be there in person? Or can the title company/attorney accommodate them virtually? Thanks so much.

When virtually wholesaling should your title company be in your state or the state the property is in. Should the title company be accessable in person to you or the buyer/seller, or does it not matter and the title company can do everything virtually to all 3 of you? Thanks
