My name is Mervin Peachey. I'm totally new to real estate investing although I've had an interest in it for some time. My goal is to start with fix n flips, then put invest some of that money into buy n hold single family rentals while continuing the fix n flips. Eventually buy some multi-family units as well. I have 27 yrs of construction/ renovation experience. I'm looking for some practical tips on how to get started with no capital and possibly a mentor to work with. Thanks BP Community
