I believe they deserve a chance, I've been there before being young and having to learn from my mistakes. I would do it as long as the income is right and stable and she seems like she wants to improve , maybe a additional deposit

Needing a little inspiration, feeling discouraged. It seems like a long process im trying to find out what would be best for me, LLC , marketing, deals and finding buyers. How is this going to come out for me. Going to stay positive and active in real estate. Anyone feeling this way this morning?

I am looking into finding deals with NOD which i don't know how to find and also I want to look into probates so these are my questions



How do i find a list of people that are behind on their mortgage payments and also how to I distinguish when  I am looking at a probate list who inherited the real estate is it listed as "small estate affidavit"

It is a wholesale deal with a private money lender.  I have not discussed the closing cost with the buyer yet, i am still in my research stages ,,,,,hope this helps 

What out of pocket cost should i expect in the process of finalizing the contract ? 
( inspection, title(( contract), listing)
