I have two single families I bought this year, and am closing on a duplex next week. 
I have probably more funds then most newer investors. I just want to find good deals with great cash flow.

How you are guys finding deals in your areas?

Whole sellers? direct mail?

are you investing in single family units? or multifamily?

Are you managing the units? or do you use property managers?

I am hungry and wanting to learn all I can!

I am from NC and looking to invest out of state.

There is a local bank I can get loans with very easily. I want to put all the properties in a LLC.

Should I get a LLC in that state? Or a LLC in the state of NC?

Should I use a local bank in that state? Or use ones in Nc?
