My sister and I bought a pre-construction townhome in the Stapleton community in Denver. We believed in the community and even though the numbers were not quite at cash flow, we bought anyway. When we get our next tenants and raise rent, we will have positive cash flow.
Although we knew a little, we didn't know a lot, going in, but i think we will do okay.
Having a new rental is great and I would love to buy another one there, but It's even harder to get cash flow in Stapleton now. Still,we are always looking around.

I live in Santa Monica, CA and own one rental property with my sister in Denver. I'm ready to do something else and am exploring the idea of wholesaling to raise some money.
I am very interested in working with a mentor if there's anyone out there with lots of integrity and a willingness to share information.

This site and these forums are great. So thank you!
