saw a deal that said "all you have to do is pay 45k to reinstate. 28 years left on loan. I'm new @ this game can someone explain what that means?

A short while ago i bought an online course titled invest four more by mark ferguson on how to fix & flip. i actually found it very informative & it was not expensive at all (compared to all the real estate gurus). hes offering a promotion on a very comprehensive package which seems to be very good & also very cheap does anyone know if he's legit? i had trouble finding reviews online
