Thank you, I’m still trying to understand wrap around mortgage who would I reach out to draft a wrap around

Quote from @Michael Morrongiello:
Melvin
Perhaps you can BUY their property from them on WRAP Around financing basis
You pay them on a WRAP AROUND Note (eg. perhaps $1.00 over their existing loan balance)
of where they can LEASE the home you and also give you an option to buy SUBJECT TO their loan if or when you exercise the option.

Now they can SHOW their LO- loan office that they have either SOLD the home and have financed it via a WRAP AROUND loan or have LEASED IT to you under the Lease with an OPTION and that shows INCOME still coming in to offset the debt.

So I have a seller interested in Sub to but the loan officer told here he wouldn’t finance her second home. Any suggestions on how to over come this or a LO that can give me advice on how navigate this deal.

Afternoon,

I have a seller that’s open to subject to, but back out because their LO said they wouldn’t receive financing for their second house. Is their any LO officer I can get in-touch with that can educate me on how to swing this deal or the route I can take to make it happen.

Hi everyone,

I'm new to investing and just got a house under contract with over $150K in equity. I'm considering taking on the project myself but need a private lender for repairs. However, I'm also open to selling the contract. If anyone's interested or has advice, please reach out! Will be happy to have a sit down and meeting with any interested people.

Thanks,

Thank you! I really appreciate the advice. Any suggestions on good brokers I can look into. I haven’t taken the time to interview brokers yet because I was focusing on apartment locating, but now I see I was just limiting myself. It’s best if I start interviewing both, so I can compare the two.

Hey,

I just recently moved to Austin, TX and currently attending Champions School of Real Estate to obtain my license. I have 2 classes left before I can test. Right now I’m trying to decided if I want to work as a property locator or in residential sales. I’m leaning more towards an apartment locator, mainly because of the current housing market in Austin, there are not many properties available. I know Austin is continuing to grow, so I figured there would be more people looking for apartments, than houses. If any experience realtors can assist me, by given me their opinion on what could possibly be the best choice, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

V/R

Sold! And cashed out on the equity in the property. Looking for more deals and insight when it comes to investing into real estate.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was looking for a house that later turned into cash flow.

How did you finance this deal?
